Acceptance & Agreement

By accessing the x2bin platform or using any of its services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account and use services on x2bin, the following conditions must be met:

• Each individual may create only one account.

2.2 Prohibited Persons

• Those who have already been banned from x2bin or whose account has been terminated.

2.3 Account Verification

Withdrawals may be limited or suspended until an account is verified. A copy of a national identity card or passport may be requested for identity verification. Accounts opened with false information may be terminated at any time and balances may be forfeited.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on x2bin are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and follow the rules outlined below:

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Deposits must be made from the account holder's own payment method — third-party payments are not accepted.
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be processed after account verification.
• Withdrawal requests must be made after meeting the applicable wagering requirements (where applicable).
• x2bin reserves the right to suspend withdrawals if fraud is suspected.

4.3 Transaction Responsibility

All funds deposited on x2bin must come from a legitimate source. Money laundering or any illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited. x2bin is obligated to report such activities to the relevant authorities.

Bonuses & Promotions

x2bin offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. While each offer has its own terms, the general rules are outlined below:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 as a bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000.
• Another example: Deposit ৳18,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 — total balance will be ৳26,000.
• The welcome bonus applies only once per new account.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing bonus funds, the specified wagering requirements must be met:

• Wagering requirement: 15 times the bonus amount.
• Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not the deposit amount.
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets must be placed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus cannot be used across multiple accounts.
• A bonus applies only once per individual or household.
• Bonus funds cannot be converted to cash or transferred.
• If there is evidence of bonus abuse through fraud, x2bin reserves the right to terminate the account.
• x2bin reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus program at any time.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on x2bin follow a fair play policy. The outcome of each game is determined using a verifiable random number generator (RNG).

6.1 Bet Validity

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• x2bin reserves the right to void any abnormal results caused by technical errors.
• In the event of bets placed during a software error or network disruption, the decision of the management is final.

6.2 Sports Betting

• All odds are subject to change and the odds applicable at the time the bet is placed will be used for calculation.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, the processing of the related bet will be determined in accordance with x2bin's betting policy.
• x2bin reserves the right to investigate suspicious or unusual betting patterns.

6.3 VIP Program

x2bin's VIP program has four tiers, where regular players receive weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.

It is possible to gradually advance to a higher tier based on the frequency and volume of play. x2bin may make changes to VIP benefits at any time.

Prohibited Activities

To ensure the fair operation of x2bin, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

Changes & Termination

12.1 Changes to Terms

x2bin reserves the right to modify these terms, in part or in full, at any time. In the case of significant changes, an effort will be made to notify users. However, it is the user's responsibility to visit this page regularly for the latest updates.

12.2 Account Closure

Users may close their account at any time. In that case, the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be provided. Bonus balances will be forfeited after the account is closed.

12.3 Termination by x2bin

x2bin may close a user's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause in these terms.
• Evidence of fraud, deception, or illegal activity.
• Providing false identity or age-related information.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period of time.
